3x Squat Jumps @ 50% Bodyweight on barbell

With partner:
Start with empty barbell perform 3 Power Cleans and increase load every round with 10 kilos. When you are unable to perform 3 Power Cleans, perform 3 Clean Pulls and continue to increase load every round. When you are unable to perform 3 Clean Pulls, perform 3 Deadlifts. You go I go. Nonstop! Score is KG’s in the last set of deadlifts you managed to perform.
