This workout is a 3 person team relay race. When 3-2-1-GO! is called, one person starts to row, second starts the HR Push-Ups and the third person starts from Air Squats. Persons in the team are able to change the movements according to the sequence when the other person has finished his/her repetitions in the HR Push-Ups and Air Squats. Score is the calories rowed by the team together.
