Back squat 3×5. Pick a moderate weight and use the same weight for each set.

For time with partner:

Row 2km (1km/person)
100 Burpee box-overs 30/24″ (50/person)

This is a ”you go, I go” style workout. Both partners must do equal ammount of work, but the work can be split into sets as desired. Also, the rowing must be done before partners can move on to the burpees.
