150 Wallball shots 20/14lb

*Jumping lunge penalty every time you take a break. The amount of jumping lunges is the same as many reps of wallballs you have left. For example: you do 80 wallballs and take a break. Before you can continue with wallballs you have to do 70 jumping lunges etc.
