W/ Partner AMRAP in 30 minutes of:

*400m run
10 Wallball shots 20/14
10 Box jumps 30/24″
10 KB Snatches, 32/24kg

One partner starts with the run and the other one with wallballs, box jumps and snatches. When the first partner comes back from the run, there’s a change in turns and he/she continues from where partner two left off with wallballs, box jumps or snatches. Goal is to get as many rounds of wallballs, box jumps and KB snatches as possible in 30 minutes.
