”Death By Pull-Ups”
With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute… How long can you go? Use as many sets each minute as needed.
Continue for 20 minutes.
Start again from one rep if you fail to do the required reps in one minute.
