30-20-10 reps for quality:
Stationary Lunges
Knees to opposite Elbow
KB Swing
Lunges and Swings AS HEAVY AS POSSIBLE. You can/should increase weight when the reps decrease. In the Swings, use a HEAVY BELL or TWO! Swing to eye level. Reps for lunges are for both legs together.
