Build up to a heavy set of 3 deadlifts. No tng, no letting go. 

Metcon (time)

4 Rounds for time: 

20 Goblet squats

10 Deadlifts. 

Choose a moderate to heavy weight for the deadlifts & goblet squats. Goal is to go unbroken with somewhat heavy weight. 

Timecap: 7 minutes

Accessory:

Reverse hyper 4 x 40s. – moderate/heavy

Rowing machine leg curl 4 x 6-10.
